Bonus funds issued through promotions (such as deposit matches, referral rewards, specials/boosts, and airdrops) come with a 14-day usage window. Once that period passes, any unused bonus funds automatically expire and are removed from the account. To clarify, the 14-day usage period starts from the moment the bonus funds or airdrop are credited to the customer's account.
