Guidelines for Compliance
Limit to One Account: Always use your original, verified account. Contact support if necessary to confirm your account details.
Family Members: Family members may create their own accounts, but these accounts must not be shared.
If you attempt to create a second account and encounter a duplicate account error, you will need to sign in and use your original account.
If you are unsure which account is your original one, contact Underdog Fantasy's support team for assistance. Halt activities on additional accounts immediately and inform the support team to resolve the issue appropriately.
Any customer found to be using multiple accounts may have all accounts restricted and could face permanent suspension from the platform. These penalties include permanent suspension, closure of duplicate accounts, and restrictions on future access. Users may also lose eligibility for referral bonuses or other benefits.
