Any futures wagers that will not have been settled by December 18, 2025 will be paid out in the maximum amount. For reference, please refer to the two illustrative scenarios outlined below.

Scenario 1: Outstanding Futures Wagers

This is a wager where all leg(s) of the transaction will take place in the future.
For example: a bet on the Kansas City Chiefs to Win the 2026 Super Bowl.

Outcome: The wager will be settled as a winner regardless of all external factors.

Scenario 2: Parlays including Outstanding Futures

This is a wager where some legs have been graded as winners and some have not started. For example: Lakers to Win on November 10, 2025 and Kansas City Chiefs to Win the 2026 Super Bowl.

Outcome: The unsettled legs of the parlay will be settled as winners regardless of all external factors.
