Address Change

In order to update your address on file, please contact us directly by clicking the “Contact Support” button in the app!

If there is a mismatch between the address on your ID and the address in your Underdog account, you may need to provide additional documentation to verify your account.

What Do I Need to Present? Please have a valid copy of your ID or US/Canadian passport present, along with proof of residency.


Proof of Residency

Examples of accepted proof of residency include:

  • Utility bills (e.g., electricity, water, or gas bills)

  • Officially addressed mail

  • Mortgage or lease agreements

  • Bank statements

Each document must clearly display your name and the address registered to your Underdog account and should be dated within the last three months. Note: Ensuring that the documents are dated within the last three months.


How Does the Process Work? Because we must first confirm account ownership before proceeding with any account holder changes, you will be sent a verification link on your mobile device upon requesting an address change. You will need to submit a photo of your ID and a selfie holding up the ID next to your face. Alternatively, you may attach your proof of residency for your new address directly to the support conversation within the platform. Once you've successfully provided the requested information, the support team will review your submission and notify you of the outcome, typically within a few business days.
