Re-opening an Account

If you have previously requested an account closure, you can re-open the account by clicking the “Contact Support” button in the app to begin the process.

In order to verify account ownership, after contacting Support, you will be prompted to submit a photo of your ID (state-issued ID, driver's license, or passport w/ proof of residency) along with a selfie photo of you holding up the ID. These are requested to verify that the account is being unlocked to the rightful owner.

Please note that these documents are secure and not contained once reviewed. Your security and privacy are paramount to Underdog.
