Re-opening an Account

If you have previously requested an account closure, you may re-open the account by clicking the "Contact Support" button in the app to begin the process. Note that reopening is permitted for voluntarily closed accounts. Accounts closed due to Terms of Service violations or permanent closure requests cannot be reopened.

In order to verify account ownership, after contacting Support, you will be prompted to submit a photo of your government-issued ID (state-issued ID, driver's license, or passport) along with a selfie photo of you holding up the ID. These are requested to verify that the account is being unlocked to the rightful owner.

After successfully uploading the required verification documents, the team will review your account. Once the review is complete and your identity is verified, your account will be reopened, and you will receive confirmation from the support team. If you don't receive a response within a reasonable timeframe, please contact support to check on your request status.
