Self-Exclusion
Updated over 2 weeks ago

Self-Exclusion is a set amount of time for which you will not be able to play on Underdog.

At Underdog, we are committed to providing our customers with the necessary tools and resources to ensure safe and responsible play. Self-Exclusion allows you to take long, self-imposed breaks from playing. These periods can be set for 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, 10 years, or lifetime.

Please understand that this is something that cannot be undone; if you choose to self-exclude, we cannot change this. You will be immediately logged out upon confirmation.

Any unsettled Contests will be settled on the result of each Contest. You can contact Underdog support to arrange for the payment of your winnings in all states excluding Pennsylvania, where all winnings awarded during the self-exclusion period are forfeited.

You can Self-Exclude by following these steps:

  1. Head to Account and scroll to Preferences

  2. Select Responsible Gaming Limits

  3. Toggle to Exclusion

  4. Set your desired length of self-exclusion and Save
