Underdog may, in its sole discretion, for purposes of the Inactivity Fee (defined below), consider and treat your Account as inactive if you have not entered a contest, made a deposit, or made a withdrawal from your Account for eighteen (18) months. Unless prohibited by applicable law, Underdog may impose a fee of $4.00 per month (“Inactivity Fee”) on all inactive accounts until the Account is reactivated by entering a contest, making a deposit, or withdrawing from your Account. Upon reactivation, prior inactivity fees will not be refunded.
To clarify, the inactivity fee applies specifically to funds already within your Underdog account balance and will not impact any linked payment methods, such as credit cards or bank accounts. Additionally, it is worth noting that notification of the impending fee will be sent to the email associated with your account before deductions occur. This proactive step is to inform users and provide an opportunity to reactivate their account or take appropriate action.
