Pick'em eligibility is determined by your physical location.
Depending on which state you are currently present in, Pick'em Classic or Pick'em Champions may be available to you. Unfortunately, if you are in a Pick'em Champions state, we are unable to override this feature and allow you to play Pick'em Classic, per regulations.
