Universal limits refer to default limits applied to all customer accounts for deposits, entry fee limits, and player appearance fee limits.
Each sport and player has universal limits put in place by Underdog's Product team. These limits may vary depending on the event, market type, and player.
Users under 21 have a maximum deposit limit of $5,000 per month. Users age 21+ have a deposit limit of $200,000, with exceptions for users in MA, MD, and TN, who are subject to state-specific deposit limits."
Deposit limits are calculated on a rolling 30-day basis, not by calendar month. Your available limit updates daily as older deposits fall off.
These deposit limits can be increased by heading to the Responsible Gaming tab and selecting to adjust your daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Users are encouraged to carefully evaluate their limits before confirming adjustments, as changes cannot be reversed once set. The Responsible Gaming tab provides all available options for customizing limits, but certain restrictions, such as the 90-day adjustment restriction, still apply to ensure responsible gaming.
