Pick'em Classic Combo Rules

Updated this week

What is a Combo Entry?

A Combo Entry lets you make both Prediction picks and Fantasy picks at the same time. A Combo Entry therefore consists of both a prediction pick that is made on a prediction market, and fantasy picks that are made on Underdog Fantasy. Each pick within the combo entry is subject to the terms, rules, and policies applicable to the respective picks. For more information on prediction picks, see the pulldown labeled “Prediction Picks” on this Rules page, as well as the rules available at nadex.com/rules.

Example:

  • Prediction: Will the LA Dodgers defeat the New York Yankees on September 15th, 2025? → YES

  • Fantasy: Will Josh Allen pass for 295+ yards AND will Lamar Jackson pass for 275+ yards? → YES

Each entry settles independently and pays out independently.

When you submit a combo entry, you will pay an initial fantasy entry fee. This initial fantasy entry fee is applied as your initial stake into your fantasy entry.

By making this initial fantasy entry fee, you are authorizing Underdog to contribute an amount up to but not exceeding the potential payout from your prediction market entry, to your total fantasy entry fee. If your prediction wins, or you choose to cash out your prediction trade early, those funds will be contributed to your fantasy entry.

What are the entry requirements?

  • Every Combo Entry must include:

    • 1 Prediction pick

    • At least 2 Fantasy picks from two different teams

How do I win a Combo Entry?

To win the full possible payout:

  • Your Prediction pick must win

  • All your Fantasy picks must be correct

If your Prediction pick loses and your Fantasy entry loses → your combined payout is $0.

If your Prediction pick wins (or you cash out after your fantasy picks are live), and your Fantasy entry loses your combined payout is $0.

If your Prediction pick loses, and your Fantasy entry wins your combined payout is determined based on normal payout rules for a fantasy entry, with your entry fee being the amount of your fantasy reservation. See rules for Champions or Pick’em to understand how your payout is calculated.

If your Prediction wins (or you cash out early), and your Fantasy entry wins your combined payout is determined based on normal payout rules for a fantasy entry, with your entry fee being the amount of your fantasy reservation + the amount paid out from your prediction entry. See rules for Champions and Pick’em to understand how your payout is calculated, based on your stake.

What happens if a fantasy pick is voided?

  • If a pick is voided (due to injury, DNP, cancellation, etc.), the potential fantasy payout is recalculated based on standard rules for Pick’em.

    • Example: If you have four fantasy players selected with a standard 10x payout, it becomes a 3-leg fantasy entry with a 6x payout.

  • If you're left with fewer than 2 active Fantasy picks, the Fantasy entry is cancelled and your reservation fee refunded. Your predictions entry will still be active.

What happens if my prediction market is voided?

If your prediction market is voided, your order is refunded and the resulting amount will be contributed to your fantasy entry, unless your fantasy entry was cancelled.

Can I edit or cancel a Combo Entry after I submit it?

The fantasy entry is cancellable up until the first scheduled start time of your picks. In other words, if your fantasy picks are for the Eagles vs. Cowboys at 8:30PM ET, your entry may be cancellable up until 8:30PM ET.

In the event you choose to cancel the fantasy entry, your reservation fee is not refunded. Any proceeds from your prediction pick will be credited to your account.

Prediction picks cannot be cancelled and are subject to normal trading rules and requirements for the prediction market. Predictions picks may be subject to cash out, again, subject to trading rules and requirements for the prediction market.
