Prediction Picks allow you to buy and sell event contracts based on the outcome of real-world events, such as "Bills to win" or "Chiefs to win." Event contracts can also be purchased for yes/no real-world outcomes, such as "will Josh Allen rush for more than one touchdown?"

An event contract is purchased based on your prediction of an outcome. If your prediction is correct, you will be paid for each contract you purchased. If your prediction is incorrect, you will not receive a payment. You may purchase multiple contracts for the same event.

Contract prices are based on the probability of the outcome. For example, if a team has a 70% chance to win, the contract price for that team would be approximately $0.70. Additional exchange fees may apply.

Once settled, contracts pay out $1.00 each if your predicted outcome occurs, and $0 if not. Your net profit is the difference between $1.00 and what you paid per contract, minus applicable fees. If incorrect, the amount you paid (including fees) is lost.

Correct prediction example (illustrative only)

Entry: 5 contracts @ $0.70 each + $0.02 exchange fee per contract = $3.60 total ($3.50 + $0.10 in fees)
Payout (correct): 5 × $1.00 = $5.00
Net profit: $1.40

Incorrect prediction example (illustrative only)

Entry: 5 contracts @ $0.70 each + $0.02 exchange fee per contract = $3.60 total ($3.50 + $0.10 in fees)
Payout (incorrect): $0.00
Net loss: $3.60

A contract must be purchased prior to the event to be eligible for payout.

Payouts may take up to 24 hours to process once a market is settled.

Futures, prediction player picks, and parlays aren't available just yet, but they're on the way. NFL, MLB, and NHL will be added over time. If you're looking for something that's not available yet, we don't have a firm date to share at this time.

For CDNA-powered accounts, available markets include NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, CFB, CBB, Soccer, Tennis, and Futures.

The spread refers to the margin of victory in a contest.

Example: Carolina Panthers (+3.5) vs. New Orleans Saints (-3.5)

A 3-way market offers three possible outcomes: Team A wins, Team B wins, or a draw/tie. Picking a draw means your entry is only correct if the match ends in a tie.

If a game or event is postponed, canceled, or not completed within 48 hours of its originally scheduled start, it will be treated as a Canceled Event. Your contracts are still settled — you won't simply lose your full entry fee. The exchange settles at a price that reflects what the market thought each outcome was worth in the period leading up to the cancellation, so you'll typically receive somewhere between $0.00 and $1.00 per contract. Do I have to participate?
No. Participation in Prediction Picks is entirely optional.

How do odds or multipliers work?
Prediction Picks use probability-based contract pricing instead of traditional odds or multipliers. A contract priced at $0.63 implies roughly a 63% probability of that outcome.

Which payment methods can be used?
Only debit cards (including Apple Pay) and Trustly are accepted for Prediction Picks. Credit cards and bonus cash are not accepted.

Can I cancel a Prediction Pick?
Entries cannot be canceled, but you may have the option to cash out early. The cash out value is based on the current market price, which may be higher or lower than your original entry. To cash out, go to the Track tab and select Cash Out on your entry.

What are Combos?
Combo entries combine a Prediction Pick with 2 or more Fantasy picks (up to 8 additional Fantasy picks). For a combo entry, the majority of the entry fee is used to purchase the event contract, with 10% allocated to the Fantasy pick. Each pick within the combo is subject to the rules of its respective product.

What are Prediction Player Picks?
For customers in Prediction-only states (Hawaii, Idaho, Maine, Montana, and Washington), Prediction Player Picks are available. These include stats like Rushing Yards, Passing Yards, Receiving Yards, Anytime TD, and Multiple TD. Prediction Player Picks are not eligible for Rescue.
