Early cash out lets you close a Prediction Pick before the event ends, locking in a return based on the current market value of your contracts. This is available for most single-market Prediction Picks, subject to liquidity.
How cash out works
When you cash out, your position is sold at the current market price. That price reflects how likely your outcome now appears to be, based on live trading activity. This means:
If your outcome looks more likely than when you entered, your cash out value will typically be higher than what you paid.
If your outcome looks less likely, your cash out value will typically be lower than what you paid.
Cash out is not a guaranteed profit. The value you receive depends entirely on market conditions at the time you cash out.
How to cash out
Go to the Track tab in the app.
Find your open Prediction Pick entry.
Select Cash Out.
Review the offered value and confirm.
When cash out may not be available
Cash out can be unavailable or suspended in certain situations, including:
Insufficient liquidity — There may not be enough trading activity on the opposite side to complete your cash out. This is common late in a game when outcomes are near-certain.
Market suspended — The exchange may temporarily suspend trading on a market during significant in-game events.
Game nearing completion — As an event gets closer to ending, cash out availability can decrease quickly.
Geolocation — Cash out is only available when you are physically located in a state where Prediction Picks are offered.
If cash out is unavailable, your entry remains active and will settle normally once the event concludes.
Cash out and Combo entries
For Combo entries (Prediction Pick + Fantasy picks), cash out behavior works differently. Cashing out your Prediction Pick portion before your Fantasy picks go live will roll the proceeds into your Fantasy entry fee. Review Combo Rules for full details.
Legacy CDNA positions
If your entry was placed on a CDNA-powered account, cash out for that entry is still handled through the Crypto.com | CDNA system. This should display normally in your Track tab. If you experience issues cashing out a legacy position, contact support.
