Withdrawals are always free and have a minimum of $10 unless the account balance is below a total of $10 - at which point the customer can withdraw whatever remains in their account.

Account balances are broken down into two categories; Bonus cash and Withdrawable cash.

Bonus cash: this is a customer's bonus cash balance awarded to the user via promotion. It must be played through before it is eligible to withdraw. See the "Promotions" rule page for details.

Withdrawable cash: cash that can either be played with or withdrawn by the customer.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 48 to 72 hours.
