How to Withdraw

All withdrawals are typically processed 48-72 hours after requested.

We offer withdrawals via PayPal, Trustly (Online Banking), Paysafe, and Interchecks. Please see the steps below for requesting a withdrawal!


  1. Head to the Account tab and scroll to Balance Management

  2. Select Withdraw and enter your desired withdrawal amount

    1. Note that Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn

  3. Chose your preferred method and enter the requested information

  4. After requesting the withdrawal, you will receive an email confirmation

    1. If you have not yet confirmed your Underdog account email address, you will need to do so before proceeding.

  5. You must click the link in this email to confirm the withdrawal request

    1. This link will expire in 10 minutes.

    2. Unconfirmed withdrawals will be canceled and the funds will be returned to your Underdog account.

How long do withdrawals take?

Withdrawal requests are processed within 48 to 72 hours. For the quickest withdrawals, we recommend PayPal or Trustly (Online Banking).

I'm having trouble verifying my email address.

If you're not receiving emails from Underdog to verify your email address, please first check your spam/junk folder. If you're still not receiving those verification emails, you may need to change your account email address. Please reach out to Customer Support who will be able to assist with that change.

Why can't I withdraw my entire account balance?

Only the withdrawable portion of your account balance can be withdrawn. Any portion of your account balance in Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.

I'm having trouble confirming my withdrawal request.

If you are receiving those confirmation requests but are unable to click the confirmation button or receive an error after clicking the confirmation button, please try again from a different device. We recommend attempting to confirm the request from a desktop/laptop device if you're running into issues on your mobile device.

If you're not receiving those confirmation emails at all, please first check your spam/junk folder. If you're still unable to locate the confirmation email, you may need to change your account email address. Please reach out to Customer Support, who will be able to assist with that change.
