To the extent required by applicable law, Underdog will ensure prizes are paid in the amount and in the manner stated at entry, regardless of whether a Champions contest completely fills. Further, Underdog may in the interest of timely starting contests and for other reasons, close contests to further entries before they reach their originally stated maximum fill.
