Per legal regulations, Underdog is required to collect your location to ensure you are playing from an accepted state.
If you are met with this error, please ensure that your location services are enabled both within your device and the browser you are playing from. Below are guidelines on how to enable your location services depending on the device or browser you are playing from:

Go to Start > Settings > Privacy & Security> Location.
Do one of the following:
If you're an administrator on the device, you can use the Location services setting to control whether the location service can be used on this device. If you're not an admin on this device, you will not see this setting.
To control location for just your user account, switch the Let apps access your location setting On or Off. If "Location services is off" appears on the settings page, you won't be able to turn on the Let apps access your location setting for an individual user account.

On your Mac with macOS 13 or later:
Choose Apple menu > System Settings,
Click Privacy & Security in the sidebar
Click Location Services. Turn Location Services on, enter your password if asked, and then click Unlock.
On your Mac with macOS 12 or earlier:
Choose Apple menu > System Preferences
Click Security & Privacy in the sidebar, then click Privacy
Click Location Services. If the lock at the bottom left is locked, click it to unlock the preference pane. Turn Location Services on.

On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right, select More > Settings > Privacy & Security
Select Site settings.
Under “Permissions,” select Location.
Select the option you want as your default setting.

Open System Settings: Click the Apple menu in the upper left corner of the screen, then choose "System Settings".
Go to Privacy & Security: Click on "Privacy & Security" in the sidebar.
Select Location Services: Click on "Location Services".
Enable Location Services: Make sure the toggle next to "Location Services" is switched to green to enable location services.
Allow Safari Access: In the list of apps, find "Safari" and ensure it has the "Allow" option selected
Edge
Go to Start > Settings > Privacy > Location.
Turn on Allow access to location on this device.
Turn on Allow apps to access your location.
Turn on Allow desktop apps to access your location if present.
Firefox
Click the "Site Identity Button" (globe/padlock) on the location bar
Click "More Information" to open "Tools > Page Info" with the Security tab selected
Go to the Permissions tab (Tools > Page Info > Permissions) to check the permissions for the domain in the currently selected tab
