If you're encountering location-related issues, follow these steps to help resolve the problem:


  1. Restart your phone or app: This can refresh your device or the app and fix temporary glitches.

  2. Toggle Airplane Mode: Turn on Airplane Mode for a few seconds, then turn it off. This can help reset your connection.

  3. Try different network connections: Log in with both Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if the issue persists across networks.

  4. Reinstall the app: Delete the app from your device and reinstall it to ensure you're using the latest version.
