Pick'em Scoring - NHL

Updated today

Every sport has its particular scoring. For more information on other sports, check out the MISC section on our rules page.

Points: Counts the total of goals and assists.

Shots: Counts the number of shots on goal.

Time on Ice: The total amount of time a skater played during the game (overtime is NOT included). Time on Ice will be scored as a decimal (.5 indicates 30 seconds). If a player is on the ice for 14 minutes and 14 seconds, he will grade as 14.23. If a player plays 14 minutes and 30 seconds, he will grade as 14.50.

Cumulative Projections: Any projection joined by the plus (+) symbol means that that pick is a combination of those stats. With 'Points' (as mentioned above) already being a cumulative projection.

If a goalie does not start, their projection will be voided.

Period Markets

Selections referring to specific periods will be resulted only on statistics from the listed period or periods. Entire period must be completed for entries to be valid.

Players must receive time on ice per the governing body box score for selections to be valid. If a player does not receive any time on the ice, then all selections on that player will be void. Once the player has one second of ice time, all selections are valid. For period specific markets, the player must appear during the listed period.

All selections will be resulted using official statistics from the relevant league’s governing body.

Markets will be resulted using official league statistics at the time of market settlement. These results are deemed final at all times.
