Every sport has its particular scoring. For more information on other sports, check out the MISC section on our rules page.
Esports are scored for a specified duration of the match (for example, "map 1"). Map 1/Game 1 will always represent the first map scheduled to be played in any situation. For all esports, if there is a forfeit during the time specified in the player pick, all picks for that match will result in a void.
CS2 & Valorant
A player must play in each map of their selection and a total of over 50% of their selection to be considered active.
Due to the different map lengths, during the transition from CS:GO to CS2 the title of the match will determine which game the projections are for. If the match ends up being played in the other game, ie a match is named ‘CS:GO Team A vs Team B’ but is played in CS2 or vice versa, all projections from the game will be voided.
LoL, Dota, CoD, & Halo
A player must play in all games/maps stated in their projection to be considered active.
Start Times/Postponements
If a game does not start at the officially scheduled start time of posting - or starts and is then suspended or delayed due to any deferral, but the newly scheduled start time is within 36 hours of the original scheduled start time - the picks will grade.
If the newly scheduled start time is 36 hours after the original scheduled start time, all picks will void.
If an individual map or partial series is played for individual map projections or partial series projections, the picks will grade regardless of if later maps in that series are suspended or delayed to any time.
Overtime
For CS and Valorant, overtime stats in the maps for the player's projections DO count toward a player's projection. Overtime is defined as rounds going past the 24th round in an individual map. Non-guaranteed maps in a series are NOT considered overtime.
For LoL, Dota, and CoD, there is no overtime. Non-guaranteed maps in a series are NOT considered overtime. Projections are only for the maps listed. In a Maps 1-2 projection, Map 3 does not count for example.
Kills are considered to be any time a player kills an opponent during or after a round ends before the reset. Team kills and self kills are not included, but also DO NOT count as -1.
Deaths are considered to be any time a player dies during or after a round ends, before the reset. This includes team kills, self kills, and dying to the bomb detonation in CounterStrike. Dying to the spike explosion in Valorant is not considered a death by the game nor any of our stats providers, so it is not considered a death.
