Withdrawals are typically processed within 48-72 hours after being requested. However, withdrawals processed through Trustly may take 1-3 business days depending on your bank's capabilities.

At Underdog Sports, we aim to provide a seamless withdrawal experience, but delays may occasionally occur due to banking processes, holidays, weekends, or other reasons.

This timeframe can vary depending on volume. During high-volume periods, banks may require additional time (up to 3 business days) to update your account. Please note that canceling and re-requesting any withdrawal will reset the processing timeframe. Weekends and holidays do not count as business days and may further extend the timeframe.

Troubleshooting Delayed Withdrawals

Below are steps you can take to resolve withdrawal delays effectively:

  1. Verify Processing Status: Check the email linked to your account to confirm withdrawal details and ensure accuracy in the method and amount entered.

  2. Wait the full timeframe: For standard withdrawals, allow up to 72 hours from the time the withdrawal was requested. For Trustly, allow 1-3 business days (weekends and holidays don’t count as business days).

  3. Reach out to Underdog Sports Support: If the full timeframe has passed, use the app’s 'Contact Support' link to get further assistance for any unresolved issues.
