With Champions, payouts may take longer than classic Pick'em. Your entry is in a pool with other contestants, and all entries need to be completed before payouts can take place. This pool-based system ensures fair competition but it does mean that full payouts cannot begin until all results are finalized.
Please keep in mind once more entries within your pool are finalized, your entry will officially settle. Because payouts cannot be issued until the pool has filled, there can be a slight delay. If you're experiencing a delay, check your transaction history in the app to confirm the payment status. Payouts are typically faster in the evenings as the major sporting league contests wrap up!
With large Champions entries, your entry is split between a few pools with other contestants, so all entries need to be completed before payouts take place. Once settled, under your "transactions" tab you will find multiple smaller payouts but these combined will equal your full winning amount.
