Every sport has its particular scoring. For more information on other sports, check out the MISC section on our rules page.
All statistics will be resulted using Compubox data. When such data is not available, selections will be resulted using statistics from the official sanctioning body of the event.
Knockdowns - Only knockdowns that lead to a ‘count’ from the referee or if the referee initiates a ‘count’ qualify. Events deemed slips by the referee will not count as knockdowns.
Knockouts -A fight will be deemed to have ended in a Knockout (KO) when a boxer does not stand up after a ten count. Technical Knockouts (TKOs) are deemed to occur when a fighter is knocked down three times (if applicable) within the same round and the fight is stopped or where the referee steps in to stop the fight, or when a fighter fails to answer the bell. KO/TKO selections also include fights ending in DQ or retirement.
Fight Time (Mins) - Will be scored as a decimal and offered only in 15-second intervals.
For example: If a fight lasts 12 minutes and 30 seconds, the score would be 12.5. If a fight lasts 2 minutes and 15 seconds, the score would be 2.25.
X Round Knockout: Will be deemed a winning selection if a fighter wins by KO, TKO, or DQ during the listed round or group of rounds. In the event of a Technical Decision before the end of the fight all bets will be settled as a win by Decision. When a fighter fails to answer the bell for the next round, his opponent will be deemed to have won the fight by knockout in the previous round. If the contest ends in decision, all round knockout selections will be graded as lost.
Punches Thrown: Will be graded on the total number of punches thrown by the listed fighter, according to CompuBox data. If CompuBox does not report this statistic, selections will void.
Punches Landed Percentage: Graded to the third decimal place. For instance, if a fighter lands 64 out of 123 punches thrown, the selection will be graded as 52.032%.
