Pick'em Scoring - MMA

Updated over a week ago

Every sport has its particular scoring. For more information on other sports, check out the MISC section on our rules page.

All UFC Stats are graded using official statistics from UFCstats.com. Event long stats are graded based on all events on the listed card. Dead heat rule does not apply.

  • Finishes - If a fighter defeats their opponent by submission or knockout.

  • Disqualifications, Draws, and No Contests

    • If an event ends in a “No Contest” all selections will be void, unless a market has already been determined.

    • If a fighter is declared the winner of a fight via disqualification or if the fight ends in a draw, stats will still be graded for the fight as usual.

  • Fight Time (Mins) - Will be scored as a decimal and offered only in 15-second intervals. For example: If a fight lasts 12 minutes and 30 seconds, the score would be 12.5. If a fight lasts 2 minutes and 15 seconds, the score would be 2.25.

  • Round Finish - If a fighter defeats their opponent by submission or knockout in the designated round. UFCstats.com will be used to determine round of finish.

  • Control Time - Graded on the time spent by a fighter in the dominant position on the ground or in the clinch, according to UFCstats.com.

  • Quickest Finish - If no finishes occur on the listed card, all selections will be void.
