Unauthorized Deposit

If you notice an unauthorized deposit/transaction on your account, please immediately contact support. You can reach out to us directly by clicking the “Contact Support” button in the app.

Please be sure to include the following information anytime you are reporting an unauthorized deposit/transaction:

  1. Date/time of transaction

  2. Amount of transaction

  3. If applicable, the last 4 digits of the card that was used

Please note that as a precaution, any report of unauthorized activity will result in a temporary account restriction while the activity is reviewed.
