Can I withdraw back to the card I deposited with?
Direct-to-card withdrawals may be done via a Visa debit card only. In order to withdraw directly back a card you have deposited with, you must first make a deposit ($10 minimum) with your debit card. Once this deposit has been made, any future withdrawal you make will include the option to withdraw back to that card. This option is seen under the "Fast withdrawal" subject in the "Withdrawal" tab.
Why Was My Withdrawal Canceled?
If a withdrawal was canceled on your behalf, you can reach out to us directly by clicking the “Contact Support” button in the app. A withdrawal may be canceled if any term of Underdog's service has been violated upon the request being made. This can include, but is not limited to, depositing and immediately withdrawing funds with no gameplay, withdrawing to a third-party source, or hedging funds.
Additionally, withdrawals may not be accepted due to reasons beyond our control. These can include issues such as the bank declining the transaction, incorrect information (e.g., a typo in the email address) being provided, or problems with the payment provider.
If you're experiencing issues with a withdrawal to your bank, we recommend checking with your bank to ensure they are allowing our payment provider to complete the transaction.
Why Do Some Withdrawals Come Quicker Than Others?
All withdrawals are processed 24-72 hours after requested, depending on volume. Canceling and resubmitting requests resets the processing window. We aim to process all withdrawals as quickly as possible. If you believe your withdrawal is taking longer than expected, you can reach out to us directly by clicking the “Contact Support” button in the app.
Underdog withdrawals generally process between 24 - 72 hours; there are times that withdrawals process quicker than others.
Withdrawals can vary in processing time depending on several factors, including the method used, security checks, and banking schedules.
Underdog offers multiple withdrawal options, including debit cards, PayPal, and mailed checks. To keep your account secure and ensure compliance with financial regulations, all withdrawals go through a standard review process. Additionally, after the standard processing period, funds may take an extra 1-3 business days to appear in your bank account, depending on bank policies and transaction methods.

Processing and Verification
For customer protection, some withdrawals may be manually reviewed, especially if the amount is higher than usual or requested from a new device or location. If needed, we may request additional information to verify your identity. Factors like transaction volumes, real-time payment capabilities of your bank, and cancellation/resubmission of requests can also affect processing times.
Business Hours and Banking Delays
Withdrawals processed through traditional banking systems are only handled during business hours and may be delayed on weekends or holidays. In such cases, processing resumes on the next business day.
Security Measures
We use security protocols to help prevent fraud and unauthorized activity. In some cases, this may cause a temporary delay. These measures may include verifying the withdrawal method, reviewing the transaction for authenticity, and ensuring compliance with banking standards.
