You may be required to submit documents in order to confirm account ownership on Underdog.
For any account holder changes, Underdog must confirm account ownership to ensure your account is secure and any requested changes are authorized by the listed Underdog account holder. These situations include, but are not limited to the following:
Verification
Change of address
Email change
Updating any personal account holder details (Name, DOB, etc)
Please note that for any violation of our terms, additional documents may be requested by our Fraud and Payments team. This also applies to any outreach from our Responsible Gaming team.
