Depending on your financial provider, your charge may not immediately post on your statement
It is common practice for charges to stay in a pending state for a predetermined amount of time once a deposit has been initiated. You may notice that when you make a deposit, your account statement will read "pending" or "processing" during this time.
It is important to note that even if your deposit has been rejected for any reason, it may still read "pending" or "processing" on your end. If any charge does post but no funds were added to your Underdog account, you can reach out to us directly by clicking the “Contact Support” button in the app.
