Review Process
The review process can vary depending on each customer's situation. Typically, for account verification or review, you will need to provide the following documents:
General Requirements for All Account Review Processes
Government-Issued Photo Identification:
Submit a clear, color copy of one of the following:
A valid U.S./Canadian government-issued photo ID
Driver’s license
U.S./Canadian passport
Ensure the ID is non-expired, undamaged, and legible.
Selfie Holding Your ID:
Take a photograph of yourself holding the identification (used in step 1). Ensure that:
Your ID is clearly visible.
Your face is close to the ID in the photo.
The ID and the name/details are readable.
Timeline
The exact timeframe for a response can vary, but in general, you can expect a response within 1-2 business days once all requested documents are received. However, due to the sensitive nature of the documents and thoroughness of the examination, the review may take several days. Once the review is completed, you will receive a follow-up. Your patience during this process is highly appreciated.
