Multiple Accounts and Collusion
Multi-accounting or colluding with any other entrant is expressly prohibited. If you have opened, maintained, used, colluded with, or controlled more than one account, as determined in Underdog’s sole discretion, we may terminate or suspend any or all of your accounts and may revoke or withhold any prizes that you have won.
Duplicate Accounts
Upon creating an account on Underdog, you are only eligible to use that account. Our Terms of Service strictly prohibit multi-accounting.
Guidelines for Compliance:
Limit to One Account: Always use your original, verified account. Contact support if necessary to confirm your account details.
Family Members: Family members may create their own accounts, but these accounts must not be shared.
If you attempt to create a second account and encounter a duplicate account error, you will need to sign in and use your original account.
If you are unsure which account is your original one, contact Underdog Fantasy's support team for assistance. Halt activities on additional accounts immediately and inform the support team to resolve the issue appropriately.
Any customer found to be using multiple accounts may have all accounts restricted and could face permanent suspension from the platform. These penalties include permanent suspension, closure of duplicate accounts, and restrictions on future access. Users may also lose eligibility for referral bonuses or other benefits. Why do I need to provide my SSN?
All customers must fill out tax information once they profit $600 or more on the platform. Winnings are not taxed by Underdog directly, but you will be sent a 1099 form if your profit remains at $600+ in a given year. All winnings of $600+ appear on your 1099 form, regardless of what is withdrawn.
Why do I need to provide documents?
For any account holder changes, Underdog must confirm account ownership to ensure your account is secure and any requested changes are authorized by the listed Underdog account holder.
These situations include, but are not limited to the following:
Verification
Change of address
Email change
Updating any personal account holder details (Name, DOB, etc)

Why is my account under review?
Your account may be under review for several reasons: standard security checks to verify account identity, violation of terms such as linking accounts via devices or shared login credentials, or use of another person's payment method requiring verification. If you receive this message, there is likely an email that has been sent to your account email address with specific details.
If you do not see that email, please check any spam folders or reach out to in-app support for further clarification.
