Prediction Picks are available to customers who are 18 or older and physically located in an eligible state. Before you can place your first Prediction Pick, you'll need to complete a short account setup process.
Step 1 — Fantasy account verification
If you haven't already, complete identity verification for your Underdog Fantasy account. This includes confirming your name, date of birth, and address.
Step 2 — Set up your Predictions account
When you tap on a Prediction Pick for the first time, you'll be prompted to complete additional verification for Predictions. This requires:
The last 4 digits of your Social Security Number
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) confirmation
This step is required by regulation for all customers setting up a Predictions account.
Step 3 — Suitability questionnaire
As part of setting up your regulated Predictions account, you'll be asked a short set of questions about your employment, annual income, and trading experience. These questions are required by regulation and cannot be skipped.
Step 4 — Accept terms
You'll be asked to review and accept the relevant account agreement and exchange terms before placing your first entry. These govern your use of the Predictions product.
Account statuses
After completing setup, your Predictions account will show one of the following statuses:
Pending — You've completed KYC and accepted terms, but haven't yet completed the suitability questionnaire.
Active — Setup is complete. You're ready to place entries once you have funds in your wallet.
Frequently asked questions
What if I fail identity verification?
If your identity cannot be verified, you will be placed into a Fantasy-only experience and will not be able to access Prediction Picks.
Do I need to complete setup again if I already have a Predictions account?
If your account is powered by Crypto.com | CDNA, your setup is already complete under the previous system. You will not need to re-verify. If you are prompted to accept updated terms, this is a one-time step related to regulatory changes and is required to continue trading.
Is this information shared with Kalshi?
