All deposited funds are held either by Underdog Sports, LLC or UDM, LLC in segregated customer accounts that are completely separate from our company's operating funds.

How this changed with the FCM launch
For CDNA-powered accounts, customer funds for Prediction Picks were held by Crypto.com | Derivatives North America (CDNA) as part of the third-party exchange relationship. Underdog did not directly hold or manage those funds.
For Kalshi-powered accounts, Underdog Predict (UDM, LLC) now holds customer funds directly as a registered Futures Commission Merchant (FCM). This is required by CFTC regulations, which mandate that FCMs maintain customer funds in segregated accounts separate from their own operating capital.
What does "segregated" mean?
Segregation is a regulatory requirement that keeps your funds in accounts that are separate from Underdog's own business funds. This is a standard protection in regulated financial markets designed to ensure customer funds are not used for the company's operating expenses.
If you have a CDNA-powered account
If your account is powered by Crypto.com | CDNA, your Predictions funds are still held by Crypto.com | CDNA. For details on how CDNA manages customer funds, refer to the Crypto.com Terms of Use and their Membership Agreement.
