Confirming a Login (New Location/Device)
In order to log in to your account when playing from a new device or location, confirmation is needed to confirm the login was initiated by the customer. You will receive an email from Underdog at the email address on file that will prompt you to confirm the new login. The email will be titled "Verify your login". If the login attempt was made by you and can be verified, please click on the "Confirm login" prompt.
If this login attempt was not initiated by you, you can either click the "Reset password" prompt or you can reach out to us directly by clicking the “Contact Support” button in the app.
Autofill and Password Savers (Login Troubleshooting)
If you're unable to log in, we recommend disabling the use of autofill or any password savers. Autofill or password savers can potentially pull an incorrect username and or associated password unintentionally. If you're receiving an error when attempting to log in, please try typing everything out manually. Remember, you can always request a reset of your password by selecting "reset my password" on the login screen.
