Login issues (e.g. 429 error)

A "429" error means that you've hit a rate limit for accessing the Underdog Website/App. This means you've made too many requests in a short period of time. If you are receiving this error, follow the instructions below to resolve this issue.

Common Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Wait for a while: Typically, the rate limit will reset after some time. Wait approximately 30 minutes or more before attempting to access the platform again.

  2. Clear your cache or cookies: Sometimes, stored data can cause issues. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies, and then attempt logging in again.

  3. Check your internet service status: If the issue persists, it might be a server-side problem. Check if the service is facing any outages or issues. If possible, also try to sign in using data instead of WiFi.

  4. Contact customer support: If none of the above works, you may need to reach out to our support team to resolve the issue.

Excessive Login Attempts

Account security is paramount on Underdog. If you've failed multiple login attempts, your account will be locked out as a precaution.
