To trade Prediction Picks, you must be 18 or older and physically located in an eligible state at the time of trading. Eligibility is based on your location, not your state of residence.

Prediction Picks are currently available in the following states:

Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Maine, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Washington DC, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

Customers in the following states can access Prediction Picks but are not eligible for Pick'em or Drafts:

Prediction Picks are not currently available in the following states:

Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee.

Prediction Picks are not available in Ontario or any U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa).

Cash out is only available when you are physically located in a state where Prediction Picks are offered. If you travel to an ineligible state, you will not be able to cash out your position until you return to an eligible state.

My state isn't listed — will Prediction Picks come there?

We're working to expand availability over time. Follow us on X for announcements as we launch in new states.

My eligibility changed — what happens to my open positions?

If you move to or travel to an ineligible state, you will not be able to place new entries or cash out until you are physically located in an eligible state. Your open positions remain active and will settle normally.
