Please click the link provided above to access Underdog Fantasy's Privacy Request Center.
Confirm your country and state of residency.
Under "Deletion Request" select "Start Deletion Request".
Confirm the information provided is correct before selecting "Review Request".
Select "Submit Request".
You will receive an email confirmation upon completion of your request.
How Do I Close My Account?
To close your account, you can reach out to us directly by clicking the “Contact Support” button in the app. All customers are permitted to hold one account on our platform per our Terms of Service. Closing an account does not allow for a new account to be created. If an account is requested to be closed, it can be reopened by reaching out to our support team.
Re-opening an Account
In order to verify account ownership, after contacting Support, you will be prompted to submit a photo of your government-issued ID (state-issued ID, driver's license, or passport) along with a selfie photo of you holding up the ID. These are requested to verify that the account is being unlocked to the rightful owner.
After successfully uploading the required verification documents, the team will review your account. Once the review is complete and your identity is verified, your account will be reopened, and you will receive confirmation from the support team. If you don't receive a response within a reasonable timeframe, please contact support to check on your request status.
