Daily and monthly statements are part of the regulatory requirements for Underdog Predict operating as a licensed Futures Commission Merchant (FCM). It's similar to what you'd receive from a brokerage account.

Your statements provide a summary of your Predictions account activity, including trades, positions, and balances for the relevant period.

You can access your statements anytime in the app under Account → Statements. By default, you'll also receive email notifications when new statements are available.

You cannot opt out of statements entirely — they are required by federal regulation. However, you can switch between electronic delivery (default, free) and paper delivery by mail in Account → Statements. A $2.50 fee applies per mailed statement. You can switch back to electronic at any time at no cost.

Are statements required?
Yes. As part of operating as a regulated FCM, Underdog Predict is required to provide customers with regular account statements. These cannot be disabled entirely.

I don't recognize some activity in my statement. What should I do?
If you see activity in your statement that you don't recognize, contact support immediately.
