Setting limits protects your play and helps prevent spending beyond your budget or chasing losses

At Underdog, we are committed to providing our customers with the necessary tools and resources to ensure safe and responsible play. To help manage your play in a responsible way, we offer several proactive tools and support.

Responsible Gaming Limits are self-imposed and can be set in the Responsible Gaming tab. Setting limits protects your play and helps prevent spending beyond your budget or chasing losses. These limits can be set to either Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.

Deposit Limit: the amount of money you can deposit in a set period.

Entry Fee Limit: the maximum entry fee allowed per entry

Entry Count Limit: the total number of entries you can submit

Underdog also provides customers the ability to self-exclude and cool-off directly from the product.

Self-Exclusion: Allows you to take long, self-imposed breaks from playing. Self-Exclusion periods can be set for 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, 10 years, or lifetime.

Cool-Off: Allows you to take shorter, self-imposed breaks from playing. Cool-Off periods can be set for 3 days, 7 days, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 9 months.
