What are Withdrawable Funds?

Withdrawable Funds make up your Cash and your Winnings. This portion of your balance can be withdrawn or played, your choice.

What is Bonus Cash?

Bonus cash is awarded to the customer via promotion. It must be played through before it is eligible to withdraw. See the "Promotions" rule page for details.

Can I share my Underdog account with anyone?

Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Each account must pertain to only one person and any breach of this can lead to restrictions and potential forfeiture of any winnings.

How old do I have to be to play on Underdog?

Must be 18+ (21+ MA, AZ, 19+ AL, NE) and present in a state where Underdog Fantasy operates.

Why do I need to fill out tax information?

We're required to gather tax information once you profit over $600. Feel free to reach out to our Support team if you have any further questions.


Verification/Set-Up

Why do I need to verify my identity?

Upon creating an Underdog Fantasy account, you will be prompted to verify your identity. All customers must verify their identity to ensure they meet the eligibility requirements to participate on the platform. If for any reason your identity cannot be verified upon creating your account, please reach out to our Support team for more information.

Why do I need to verify my email?

All Interchecks withdrawal requests will require a verified Underdog Fantasy email address.

How do I change my email?

These changes can be made upon request with our Support team. Once your inquiry is received, they will contact you with the next steps.

How do I reset my password?

Your password may be reset on the sign-in screen. All customers can request a password reset via our mobile app or desktop site. If for any reason you are not able to reset your password via these methods, please reach out to our Support team and they can assist further.


Location Sharing

Why do I need to share my location?

All customers must enable their location services to ensure they are in a permitted area to participate on Underdog Fantasy's platform.

How do I enable location sharing on my device?

iOS - Open your device settings, scroll down to 'Underdog', click 'Location', and services can be enabled there.

Android - On your device's home screen, locate the 'Underdog' app. Hold the app icon, then tap 'App info'. Select 'Permissions', then 'All permissions'. Under 'Location', services can be enabled there.

Web - Devices and browsers may vary. Please ensure both your device and browser settings have location services enabled to participate on the platform. For most browsers, location services can be enabled within the basic browser setting dropdown.
